Custom Orders
All custom and non-standard size orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Stained Mattresses
Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty or comfort guarantee. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
Final Sale Policy – Store Closing
Due to the upcoming closure of our Solana Beach location, all sales are final effective immediately. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on purchases made during our store-closing period. This includes mattresses, foundations, frames, accessories, special orders, and discounted or clearance merchandise. Please carefully review your order, product selection, size, and delivery information prior to completing your purchase. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty terms and are separate from Mattress Place’s return policy.
